## Provisions

### § 1 Act concerning the Provision of Negative Legal Force to the New Complete Edition of the Basel Collection of Laws

1. All cantonal decrees issued by December 31, 1959, and published in the Cantonal Gazette, which are not included in the new comprehensive edition of the Basel Legal Collection, are declared repealed.

### § 2 Act concerning the Provision of Negative Legal Force to the New Complete Edition of the Basel Collection of Laws

1. The Government Council is authorized to determine the decrees that are not to be included in the complete edition. This authority can be delegated to the Department of Justice.

### § 3 Act concerning the Provision of Negative Legal Force to the New Complete Edition of the Basel Collection of Laws

1. Amendments and supplementary decrees that are incorporated into the text of the original decree are not affected by the exclusionary effect of negative res judicata.
