### § 1 Decree of the State Council concerning the designation of the official cantonal coat of arms

1. The cantonal coat of arms consists of a red bishop's staff turning to the right from the observer's point of view, with seven crabs on the curved handle. The staff lies on a silver background and is bordered in black.
