1. The District Commander is a cantonal penal authority within the meaning of Art. 195 para. 4 MStG and Art. 39 lit. a VmK.

1. The Department of Justice, Police and Military is the appellate authority pursuant to Article 206 paragraph 2 letter d of the MStG.

### Art. 3 Resolution of the Standing Commission on Jurisdiction in Military Disciplinary Penal Law - Enactment

1. This resolution comes into effect following approval by the Council of State.
