ACT No. XLII of 1981

AN ACT further to amend the National Assistance Act, 1956.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and

consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as fo11ows:-

(1)

This Act may be cited as the National Assistance

(Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1981, and sha11 be read and construed as one

with the National Assistance Act, 1956, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal Act".

This Act shal1 have

In subsection (1) of section 6A of the principal Act, for the

figures "f50" there shaB be substituted the figures "f58".

For Paragraph One of the First Schedule to the principal Act
