Art. 2 Asylum Act (AsylA) - Asylum In response to an application, Switzerland grants asylum to refugees in accordance with this Act. Asylum includes the protection and the legal status granted in Switzerland to persons on the basis of their refugee status. It includes the right to stay in Switzerland.
Art. 2 AsylG — Asyl
Die Schweiz gewährt Flüchtlingen auf Gesuch hin Asyl; massgebend ist dieses Gesetz.
Asyl umfasst den Schutz und die Rechtsstellung, die Personen aufgrund ihrer Flüchtlingseigenschaft in der Schweiz gewährt werden. Es schliesst das Recht auf Anwesenheit in der Schweiz ein.
