Art. 34d Ordinance of August 15, 2018, on the Entry and Issuance of Visas (OEV) - Conclusion of International Treaties Related to the Standardization of Visas and Residence Permits Issued to Third-Country Nationals The SEM is empowered to conclude international treaties for the adoption of implementing acts of the European Commission relating to Regulation (EC) No 1683/95, provided that these treaties are of minor significance within the meaning of Art. 7a LOGA and that these implementing acts are issued based on Art. 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1683/95 and set technical specifications for the uniform visa format or establish the confidentiality of these specifications. The SEM is empowered to conclude international treaties for the adoption of implementing acts of the European Commission relating to Regulation (EC) No 1030/2002, provided that these acts constitute international treaties of minor significance within the meaning of Art. 7a LOGA, that they are issued based on the following articles of Regulation (EC) No 1030/2002, and that they establish: a. the technical specifications for the uniform format of residence permits issued to third-country nationals (Art. 2 and 3); b. the technical specifications for the capture of biometric data (Art. 4b).
Art. 34d VEV · Abschluss völkerrechtlicher Verträge im Zusammenhang mit der einheitlichen Gestaltung von Visa und Ausländerausweisen für Drittstaatsangehörige
Das SEM ist zuständig für den Abschluss von völkerrechtlichen Verträgen zur Übernahme von Durchführungsrechtsakten der Europäischen Kommission zur Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1683/95 , sofern sie völkerrechtliche Verträge von beschränkter Tragweite im Sinne von Artikel 7 a RVOG darstellen und sofern die Durchführungsrechtsakte gestützt auf Artikel 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1683/95 erlassen wurden und technische Spezifikationen für die einheitliche Visagestaltung oder den geheimen Charakter dieser Spezifikationen festlegen.
Das SEM ist zuständig für den Abschluss von völkerrechtlichen Verträgen zur Übernahme von Durchführungsrechtsakten der Europäischen Kommission zur Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1030/2002 , sofern sie völkerrechtliche Verträge von beschränkter Tragweite im Sinne von Artikel 7 a RVOG darstellen und sofern die Durchführungsrechtsakte gestützt auf die nachfolgend genannten Artikel der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1030/2002 erlassen wurden und Folgendes regeln: a. technische Spezifikationen für die einheitliche Gestaltung des Ausländerausweises für Drittstaatsangehörige (Art. 2 und 3); b. technische Spezifikationen für die Erfassung der biometrischen Daten (Art. 4 b).
