§ 99 Constitution of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, (1984) - Private Schools Private schools are subject to the supervision of the canton. The canton may support private schools within or outside of the canton.
§ 99 1984 — Nichtstaatliche Schulen
Nichtstaatliche Schulen unterstehen der Aufsicht des Kantons.
Dieser kann nichtstaatliche Schulen inner- und ausserhalb des Kantons unterstützen.
