§ 79 Constitution of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, (1984) - Cantonal Administration The cantonal administration consists of five departments and the State Chancellery. Each member of the State Council heads a department. The State Chancellery serves as the general coordination service for the Grand Council and the State Council. It is headed by the State Chancellor. The law determines which auxiliary administrative functions are eligible for all active citizens.
§ 79 1984 — Kantonale Verwaltung
Die kantonale Verwaltung besteht aus fünf Direktionen und der Landeskanzlei.
Jedes Mitglied des Regierungsrates steht einer Direktion vor.
Die Landeskanzlei steht dem Landrat und dem Regierungsrat als allgemeine Stabsstelle zur Verfügung. Sie wird vom Landschreiber geleitet.
Das Gesetz bezeichnet diejenigen Verwaltungsorgane, in welche alle Stimmberechtigten im Nebenamt wählbar sind.
