§ 75 Constitution of the Canton of Basel-Country, (1984) - Financial Decisions The State Council: a. decides on new and one-time expenditures up to one million francs and on new recurring annual expenditures up to 200,000 francs; b. decides on related expenditures; c. records fund deposits within the framework of the mission and financial plan; d. manages the financial assets; e. prepares the annual accounts.
§ 75 1984 — Finanzbeschlüsse
Der Regierungsrat: a. beschliesst über neue einmalige Ausgaben bis eine Million Franken sowie über neue jährlich wiederkehrende Ausgaben bis 200 000 Franken; b. beschliesst über gebundene Ausgaben; c. nimmt fremde Gelder im Rahmen des Aufgaben- und Finanzplans auf; d. verfügt über das Finanzvermögen; e. erstellt die Jahresrechnung.
