§ 117 Constitution of the Canton of Basel-Country, (1984) - Participation in Development The canton and the municipalities take into account the opinions of the concerned population groups during the drafting of plans. Master plans and detailed plans are developed in collaboration with the municipalities, neighboring cantons, and neighboring foreign regions. Furthermore, the municipalities participate in their finalization.
§ 117 1984 — Mitwirkung bei der Planung
Kanton und Gemeinden nehmen bei der Ausarbeitung der Pläne auf die Meinung betroffener Bevölkerungskreise Rücksicht.
Richtpläne und Detailpläne werden im Zusammenwirken mit den Gemeinden, den Nachbarkantonen und dem benachbarten Ausland ausgearbeitet. Die Gemeinden wirken überdies bei der Bereinigung mit.
