§ 113 Constitution of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, (1984) - Wastewater and Waste The canton and the municipalities ensure that wastewater is diverted and waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. The individual or company that produced the wastewater and waste also assumes this obligation. Waste must be recycled insofar as it is possible and appropriate.
§ 113 1984 — Abwässer und Abfälle
Kanton und Gemeinden sorgen für eine umweltgerechte Ableitung der Abwässer und Abfallbeseitigung. Der Verursacher ist mitverantwortlich.
Abfälle sind der Wiederverwertung zuzuführen, sofern dies möglich und sinnvoll ist.
