§ 140 Constitution of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, (2005) Any amendment to a provision in the section dedicated to municipal autonomy must be accepted by the majority of the voters and by three-tenths of the individuals entitled to vote.

Änderungen der Bestimmungen des Abschnitts über die Gemeindeautonomie bedürfen der Zustimmung der Mehrheit der Stimmenden und von drei Zehnteln der Stimmberechtigten.
