Der Kanton erhebt von natürlichen und juristischen Personen direkte Steuern.
Das Gesetz bestimmt die Steuern, die der Kanton erhebt, sowie die Abgaben, die Kanton, staatliche Körperschaften oder Anstalten des öffentlichen Rechts erheben können.
