cornenl of the House of Represen tat ives. in this present Parliament

assembled, and by th e authority of the urne. as follO\\.'S:-

I. Th is Act m!l.y be cited a.~ the Old Age Pensions (Amendment)

Act, 1986. and sha ll be read and coustrued liS one with the Old Age

PensiOM Act. 1948. hereinafter refel'TOd 10 as "the principal Act~.

Subsection (28 ) of section 5 of the principal Act shall be

dektc:d.

by the House of Repzesentativet at Si u ing No. 345 of the 21st May. 1986.
