BE IT ENACfED by the Presi dent, by and with the advice and

consent of the ~l ouse of Representatives. in this presen t Parliament

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as fol1ows:-

I , (I) This Aa may be cited as the Bearer Accounts Levy

(Amendment) Act, 1985, and shall be read and constrned as one with the

Bearer Accounts Levy Act. 1970. hereinafter referred to as "the principal

Act".
