Art. 38b

49 1 Ein voll- oder teilamtliches Mitglied entscheidet als Ein- c. Einzelrichter

zelrichter über Rechtsmittel,

a. die offensichtlich unzulässig sind,

b. die zurückgezogen oder sonst wie gegenstandslos geworden sind,

c. deren Streitwert Fr. 20 000 nicht übersteigt,

d. bei Streitigkeiten betreffend

1. administrative Massnahmen im Strassenverkehr,

2. den Justizvollzug nach dem Straf- und Justizvollzugsgesetz vom

19. Juni 200613,

3. die Entbindung vom Berufsgeheimnis,

4. Massnahmen erstinstanzlicher Gerichte nach § 43 Abs. 1 lit. a–c.

2 In Fällen von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung kann die Entscheidung

einer Kammer übertragen werden.
