Art. 10a
50 Auf die Begründung einer Anordnung kann verzichtet
werden, wenn
a. den Begehren der Verfahrensbeteiligten vollständig entsprochen
wird,
b. den Verfahrensbeteiligten angezeigt wird, dass sie innert zehn
Tagen seit der Mitteilung schriftlich eine Begründung verlangen
können; die Rechtsmittelfrist beginnt mit der Zustellung des begrün-
deten Entscheides zu laufen,
c. den Verfahrensbeteiligten angezeigt wird, dass sie innert 30 Tagen
seit der Mitteilung bei der anordnenden Behörde Einsprache erhe-
ben können.
