Art. 40 GTar · Sozialversicherungen

1. Beim Verfahren vor der Sozialversicherungsabteilung des Kantonsgerichts und dem Schiedsgericht im Sinne des Bundesgesetzes über die Krankenversicherung wird das Pauschalhonorar festgesetzt auf 550 bis 11'000 Franken.

2. Das in Artikel 32 festgesetzte Honorar ist auch auf die Verfahren anwendbar, die sich auf Artikel 52 des Bundesgesetzes über die berufliche Alters- Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenvorsorge sowie auf Artikel 52 des Bundesgesetzes über die Alters- und Hinterlassenenversicherung stützen.
