Art. 90 VVRG · Kostenvorschuss

1. Die Beschwerdeinstanz oder die von ihr mit der Instruktion der Sache betraute Amtsstelle kann vom Beschwerdeführer einen Kostenvorschuss verlangen. Sie setzt ihm hierzu eine Frist von 30 Tagen und droht ihm an, im Säumnisfall auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten.
