1. Auf die verwaltungsrechtliche Klage sind die Bestimmungen über die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde vor dem Kantonsgericht analog anwendbar, unter Vorbehalt
a) * spezieller gegenteiliger Bestimmungen;
b) * der Artikel 86 und 87 des vorliegenden Gesetzes.
