Art. 80 VVRG · d) Verweisung
1. Auf das Beschwerdeverfahren sind die nachfolgenden Bestimmungen analog anwendbar

d) * Wirkung und Instruktion der Beschwerde: Artikeln 51 und 53 bis 58;

f) * Erläuterung und Berichtigung: Artikel 64.
2. Bezüglich Begründung und Eröffnung des Entscheids sind die Artikel 29 und 30 anwendbar. Sofern ein ordentliches Rechtsmittel an eine Bundesinstanz besteht, ist es anzugeben.
