1. Die Entscheidungen der Kommission können beim Arbeitsgericht der waadtländischen kantonalen Verwaltung angefochten werden.
2. Der Rekurs ist innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Zustellung der angefochtenen Entscheidung einzulegen.
3. Die Gesetzgebung über das Verwaltungsverfahren [D] ist im Übrigen anwendbar.
