Art. 23 LARA · Subsidiarität

1. Die Unterstützung für Asylbewerber wird nachrangig gewährt.

2. Sobald der Leistungsempfänger ein Einkommen erzielt oder Sozialversicherungsleistungen oder Leistungen Dritter bezieht, obliegt es ihm, finanziell zur Deckung der Leistungen beizutragen, die der Staat oder die Einrichtung ihm gewährt.
