Art. 21 LARA - Kriterien der Festsetzung · Kriterien der Festsetzung

1. Die Unterstützungsnormen legen die Grundsätze für den Inhalt der Unterstützung fest.

2. Auf dieser Grundlage erlässt die Abteilung Richtlinien, die es ermöglichen, die gewährte Unterstützung in jedem Einzelfall unter Berücksichtigung der Situation des Begünstigten festzulegen.
