1. Die Einrichtung gewährt Unterstützung für Asylbewerber und unbegleitete Minderjährige.
2. Sie führt die Entscheidungen der Abteilung bezüglich der Nothilfe für Personen, die sich illegal im Kanton Waadt aufhalten, aus.
3. Sie führt andere Aufgaben aus, die mit der Migrationspolitik verbunden sind und die der Staatsrat ihr überträgt.
