Art. 38 Verordnung über die Baugenehmigung (VBG)
1 Das Urteil des Verwaltungsrichters kann innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach seiner Zustellung beim Verwaltungsgericht angefochten werden.
2 Die Beschwerdebefugnis steht den Parteien des Verfahrens vor dem Verwaltungsrichter sowie der Gemeinde zu, deren Stellungnahme nicht berücksichtigt wurde, mit Ausnahme der kantonalen Behörde, die den angefochtenen Entscheid erlassen hat. Das Departement und die Gemeinde sind ebenfalls zur Beschwerde berechtigt in den Fällen des Artikels 24 des Bundesgesetzes über die Raumplanung.
