Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare a fost comunicată intimaților și Dosarul nr. 7138/271/2013 a cărui strămutare se solicită se află pe rolul judecătoriei Oradea. De asemenea, se arată că prin încheiere de ședință din 18 iunie 2013 a Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție, secția I civilă, s-a dispus suspendarea cauzei în temeiul dispozițiilor art. 40 alin. (2) C. proc. civ. până la data de 18 septembrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare.
