Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 268/35/2013 al Curții de Apel Oradea, secția I civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată stabilit la data de 13 noiembrie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
