S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7386/1285/2010* al Tribunalului Satu Mare, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 3 octombrie 2013.

Avocat I.S., pentru petent, a depus delegație de reprezentare și concluzii scrise și a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Avocat Z.D., pentru intimată, a solicitat respingerea cererii pentru motivele prezentate verbal.
