Odločba tega sodišča opr.št. II Ips 463/2001 z dne 7.11.2002 se popravi, tako da se:

1. oznaka odločbe glasi Sodba v imenu ljudstva - in ne "sklep", 2. navedba, kako je Vrhovno sodišče o reviziji odločilo, v skladu s tem glasi, da je Vrhovno sodišče na seji senata dne 7.11.2002 razsodilo - in ne "sklenilo", da se revizija zavrne.

[OBRAZLOŽITEV]

Pri naknadni obdelavi odločbe opr.št. II Ips 463/2001 z dne 7.11.2002 je bilo ugotovljeno, da je odločba zaradi očitne pisne pomote označena kot "sklep", namesto pravilno kot sodba. To napako je bilo treba odpraviti s tem popravnim sklepom. Zanj ima predsednik senata pooblastilo v prvem odstavku 328. člena Zakona o pravdnem postopku (Ur. l. RS 26/99).
