Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Supreme Court of Slovenia transferred the case from the Žalec District Court to the Celje District Court. The first plaintiff, an employee of the Žalec Court, argued that her employment created a conflict of interest and compromised judicial impartiality. The court accepted this argument under Article 67 of the Civil Procedure Act, ruling that the transfer was necessary to ensure a fair trial.
