The Supreme Court of Slovenia transferred the case from the District Court in A to the District Court in B. The plaintiff, who is a judge at Court A, argued that his presence created a reasonable doubt about judicial impartiality. The court agreed that this circumstance constitutes a weighty reason for transferring jurisdiction to ensure procedural correctness.
