The Supreme Court of Slovenia transferred jurisdiction from the Maribor District Court to another competent court. The plaintiff sued for the invalidity of enforcement, while the defendant was a divorced spouse of the plaintiff and a judge at the original court. The court ruled that the judge's familial ties created a significant reason for delegating jurisdiction under Article 67 of the Civil Procedure Act.
