Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1849/227/2011 al Tribunalului Suceava, secția civilă, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată stabilit la data de 20 septembrie 2013.

De asemenea referă că intimații au depus, la data de 09 iulie 2013, întâmpinare la cererea de strămutare.
