S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul M.L.R.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații Cabinet de Avocatură „C.N.C.” și Birou Executor Judecătoresc „D.C.”.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 10 iulie 2013.
