S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.E.

La apelul nominal, lipsesc petentul B.E., intimații M.N., M.S.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 07 august 2013.
