La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul I.G. și intimata SC G. SA.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 14531/233/2010 al Judecătoriei Galați, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 26 octombrie 2012.
