Acordam na 2.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Verificando-se a existência do seguinte lapso de escrita na fundamentação do Acórdão n.º 893/2024, cumpre proceder à sua retificação, o que se determina.

Assim:

- nos pontos 10., 4.º parágrafo; 12.; 12.1, 1.º parágrafo; 12.4.; 13., 1.º e 3.º parágrafos, onde se lê:

«Decreto Regulamentar n.º 87-A/2007»;

- deverá ler-se:

«Decreto Regulamentar n.º 84-A/2007».
