Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Constitutional Court refused to declare unconstitutional the specific tax provision under review, thereby rejecting the core constitutional challenge. Although the norm was upheld, the court revoked the lower tribunal's decision to invalidate it and ordered a reform of that judgment. Consequently, the legal provision remains valid, but the specific application in this case was corrected to align with the court's final ruling on constitutionality.
