Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Cassation Court declared the appeal inadmissible, upholding the lower court's conviction for the crimes of extortion and fraud. The appellant argued that the private prosecution requirement was not met, but the court found this claim baseless because the victim explicitly requested punishment in a January 2016 report. Consequently, the appeal was rejected, and the appellant was ordered to pay procedural costs and a fine.
