Cassation court dismisses appeal for inadmissibility due to genericity of the original appeal reason.
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Court of Cassation declared the appeal inadmissible and ordered the appellant to pay procedural costs. The appellant argued that the first appeal reason was generic, but the court found this claim unfounded because the original reason was already generic due to its lack of specificity regarding the alleged lack of intent. Consequently, the court ruled that the appeal could not be examined on the merits and dismissed the request.
