KOHTUOTSUS Eesti Vabariigi nimel

15. 05. 2008 lõpposa

Viru Maakohtu kohtunik Tiit Kullerkupp, sekretäri Aile Siil juuresolekul, arutas avalikul kohtuistungil 15. 05.2008 Rakvere kohtumajas väärteoasja VIKTOR ROOTS’i süüdistuses Alkoholiseadus § 70 järgi väärteoprotokolli AB 1048241-4963 alusel . Istungist võttis osa menetlusalune isik Viktor Roots (isikukood 34308215216, elukoht xxxx ) ja Ida Politseiprefektuuri Rakvere Politseiosakonna esindaja Ave Uue, tunnistuse alusel. Juhindudes väärteomenetluse seadustiku § 107 lg.1 p1; 108; 111; 113, kohus otsustas:

VIKTOR ROOTS süüdi tunnistada Alkoholiseadus § 70 järgi ja karistuseks mõista arest 5

(viis) ööpäeva. Karistuse kandmise aja alguseks lugeda 14. 05.2008. Kohtuotsuse peale on pooltel õigus esitada apellatsioonikaebus Viru Ringkonnakohtule Viru Maakohtu kaudu. Apellatsiooniõiguse kasutamise soovist tuleb kohtule teatada 7 päeva jooksul alates kohtuotsuse lõpposa kuulutamisest. Apellatsioon esitatakse kohtule 15 päeva jooksul alates päevast, mil kohtuotsus on pooltele kohtus tutvumiseks kättesaadav.
