KOHTUOTSUS Eesti Vabariigi nimel

Viru Maakohtu kohtunik Tiit Kullerkupp, sekretäri Aile Siil juuresolekul, arutas avalikul kohtuistungil 15.05.2008 Rakvere kohtumajas väärteoasja HARRY PLUUTUS süüdistuses KarS § 262 järgi väärteoprotokolli AB 1048282-4920 alusel . Istungist võttis osa menetlusalune isik Harry Pluutus (isikukood 34708255245, elukoht xxxx) ja Ida Politseiprefektuuri Rakvere Politseiosakonna esindaja Ave Uue, tunnistuse alusel. Juhindudes väärteomenetluse seadustiku § 107 lg.1 p1; 108; 111; 113, kohus otsustas:

HARRY PLUUTUS süüdi tunnistada KarS § 262 järgi ja karistuseks mõista arest 5 (viis) ööpäeva. Karistuse kandmise aja alguseks lugeda 14.05.2008. Kohtuotsuse peale on pooltel õigus esitada apellatsioonikaebus Viru Ringkonnakohtule Viru Maakohtu kaudu. Apellatsiooniõiguse kasutamise soovist tuleb kohtule teatada 7 päeva jooksul alates kohtuotsuse lõpposa kuulutamisest. Apellatsioon esitatakse kohtule 15 päeva jooksul alates päevast, mil kohtuotsus on pooltele kohtus tutvumiseks kättesaadav.
