la decisione 9 luglio 2002 (n. 3406) con cui il CO1 ha accolto la domanda di dissodamento della per una superficie boschiva di 3'560 mq sulle particelle 1601, 3324, 1631, 1644 e 2216 RF del PI1 nell'ambito della realizzazione della strada di accesso alla zona edificabile "__________" e per l'ampliamento del posteggio all'Alpe di __________;

preso atto che, in occasione dell'udienza 21 settembre 2004, l'insorgente ha dichiarato di recedere dall'impugnativa;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
