A property owner appealed a state council resolution approving a municipality's territorial plan, seeking the expansion of a building zone onto a portion of their currently unzoned land. The court dismissed the appeal as inadmissible because it was filed late, noting that although the appellant had standing, the appeal was submitted on May 13, 1997, well after the appeal deadline of May 2, 1997, calculated from the decision notification date of March 17, 1997.

1. Ai sensi dell’art.

48 LPamm, applicabile in virtù dell’esplicito rinvio dell’art. 38 cpv.

1.1. A norma dell’art.
