Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

A party appealed a state council resolution that approved the definition of a lakeside path project; however, the municipality responsible for the project subsequently abandoned the plan for the lakeside path and decided to instead locate the relevant infrastructure on a municipal road. Because the underlying administrative act being challenged was rendered obsolete by the municipality's decision to abandon the contested project, the court determined that the appeal had become devoid of legal object and therefore ordered the case to be struck from the records without imposing court costs.
