la risoluzione18 marzo 2003, n. 1181, con cui il Consiglio di Stato ha approvato il piano regolatore del già comune di Fusio;

preso atto che, con scritto 31 agosto 2005, i ricorrenti hanno comunicato a questo tribunale che le censure avanzate con il summenzionato ricorso *"sono in sostanza state evase con la modifica del piano regolatore, relativa ad alcuni comparti, approvata dal Consiglio di Stato con decisione no. 2397 dell'8 giugno 2004*" e che il ricorso possa essere stralciato dai ruoli;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:
